Police and the worried, anxious parents of a missing 12-year-old boy with autism are hoping the public can help get him safely home.
Hai Chan wandered away from his care worker at about 6:10 p.m. yesterday near 111 Avenue and 102 Street.
The Asian boy has poor language skills because of his condition, and will probably speak gibberish with strangers, police said.
Chan was wearing a purple sweater, grey pants and running shoes when he disappeared.
He's skinny, is four-foot-seven and weighs 80 pounds.
Anyone who may have seen him should call police.
