On September 6, 1996 Linda Bissell was found shot to death in her home at 531 Findlay St, Findlay. She had been shot several times with a small caliber handgun. The murder weapon has not been recovered. Mrs. Bissell was home alone at the time of the homicide. There are no known witnesses to the shooting.

Jose Jimenez, HM/45
Jose Jimenez was found stabbed to death in his one room apartment on December 3rd, 1993, at 2108 E. 28th Street in Lorain, Ohio. Jimenez suffered from multiple stab wounds to the head , neck, and chest areas. The 3 l/2" blade of a Ginsu knife, the apparent weapon, was discovered still lodged in a neck wound. The handle to that knife was never located.
The apartment had signs of a struggle, but no other usable evidence. The victim lived alone in that apartment house, but there were at least six other tenants, each with their own separate room.
Although there was no witness to the crime ever located, Jose was last seen in the apartment building with a Hispanic male in the early morning hours of December 2, 1993. This male has never been identified.

Tammy D. Beetler, WF/31
Tammy D. Beetler was brutally beaten to death on February 9, 1995. Her body was discovered that afternoon by family members at her West 21st Street home. She was married and had two children. To date, numerous leads have been investigated; however no arrests have been made. Investigating officers believe there may be someone that has information involving Tammy’s death, but is reluctant to come forward. Diane Utsey-Henderson, BF/44
Diane Utsey was found stabbed to death in the bedroom of her Amherst Ave home on June 15, 2001. Police located her after relatives advised she had not gone to work that day and no one had heard from her.
A male friend last saw her the previous night. The friend had left her alive and well at her house sometime after midnight. It appeared as though the house was forcibly entered through a rear door.

William English
$8,000 Reward for Information Leading to the Arrest and Conviction of the Suspect(s) Involved in the Homicide of William English
William English was shot to death at his residence on October 7, 2002, at approximately 10:00 PM. He resided at 1506 Filmore Circle, on the east side of Lorain. There was a knock at his door and he opened the door and spoke with an unknown male. Williams then engaged in a conversation with the unidentified black male who fired several shots at him, killing him. The suspect fled the scene immediately after the shooting.

Tommy Gamble, BM/46
Tommy Gamble was fatally shot on July 9, 2003 sometime around 2 AM, while walking in the area of Long Ave. and West 17th St. He was found laying in the road at that location suffering from a single gunshot wound to the head.
Gamble was last seen alive at about 1 AM in the 600 block of West 14th St. At that time he was alone and was not planning on meeting with anyone. He frequently walked by himself late at night and apparently was doing just that when he was shot.

Jerome Lusane, BM/33
Jerome Lusane was shot to death while attending a birthday party at the Lorain U.A.W. Hall, Baumhart Road, Lorain, Ohio on April 24th, 1988.
During the party, an argument occurred between partygoers and several party crashers. The party crashers were escorted outside where the argument continued. Suddenly weapons were brandished and the suspect fired several shots at the crowd of people. Jerome was struck and later died.
The suspect fled from the scene and discarded his weapon in a wooded area a short distance from the scene, where a police K-9 later located it. During the course of the investigation the name Jack Taylor was provided to us as being the suspected shooter.
We believe this is a false name, but do know he resides in the Detroit, Michigan area. Miller, Timothy J. "TJ", 19,during the early morning hours of Sunday October 31, 1982, was struck and killed by a hit and run driver in the 700 block of North Limestone Street. Prior to his death, TJ had been at a party on Roseland Avenue West, and at the Union Station bar on East Main Street. TJ was seen in the downtown area at approximately 3:00am. He was found lying in the roadway at 4:14am. He was transported to Mercy Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 6:15am. TJ's family seeks closure to this tragedy.

White (Bibbs), Gloria Jean, 37, on February 19, 1994, Ms. White was found brutally murdered in a wooded area of East Pleasant Street between South Belmont Avenue and Abbey Street. Her homicide remains unsolved. Ms. White was last seen February 2, 1994 at Howard’s Foods 1857 S. Limestone Street in Springfield. Ms. White was wearing black and brown pants, a black sweater and brown ankle high leather shoes. Ms. White had an infectious smile and a kind personality. She left behind her grieving family, including two children who need closure to this crime.

Harris, Chauncy, 19 , was gunned down in the area of 118 West Pleasant Street in Springfield on October14, 1998, at approximately 11:50 pm. His friend, Aaron Walker, was brutally beaten at the same time. A small red car was seen leaving the shooting scene. Mr. Harris died of his injuries a short time later at a local hospital. Mr. Harris left behind a heartbroken family, including a young daughter.

Kreitzer, Raymond L., 34, was found by some local canoe riders in the Mad River, near the mouth of Buck Creek on May 30, 1998. Mr. Kreitzer had been in the water for quite some time. He had been reported missing on 12-30-97 by a relative. Mr. Kreitzer lived in a wooded area north of Rte 41, along the river. He shared a camper with John Campbell, whose body was found just north of Kreitzer’s body in the river. Both men had been shot. Mr. Kreitzer left behind a grieving family, including two daughters

Gebert, Thelma, 41, was found in Buck Creek, near Sherman Avenue, on August 8, 1996. She had gone for a walk after a fight with her boyfriend and never returned. She had bruising about the head and neck. Your help is needed in this case.

Richards, Timothy M., 34, was found shot to death on March 30, 1997 and his body hidden beneath debris near the 18th tee at Snyder Park Golf Course. Mr. Richards was last seen on November 25, 1996. He was known to frequent the “Lantern” bar on W. Pleasant St. Mr. Richards’ vehicle, a red 1994 Ford Aspire was found abandoned in the Park Center parking lot on November 30, 1996. Mr. Richards left behind a grief stricken family that continues to seek answers in his death.

Nunn, Robert “Bobby”,16, was shot in the head on January 6, 1998, at approximately 7:00 pm at the corner of East Liberty Street and Clifton Avenue. Robert Nunn died on January 7, 1998, as a result of his injuries. There were several witnesses to this crime, however some of these witnesses have not come forward. The murder of this child remains unsolved.

Miller, Gregory, 18, was found dead June 21, 1980, at approximately 6:30 am. He was found on the driveway of North High School, the apparent victim of a hit-skip crash. The coroner ruled that Mr. Miller likely died at approximately 3:30 am. Upon interview of several persons, it has been determined that as many as four witnesses may have been inside the vehicle that struck this young man. Mr. Miller had been active in the sports program at North High and looked forward to a promising future. His family seeks closure in this tragedy.
