Crimstoppers Unsolved Mysteries Victim Karina Holmer Karina Holmer On June 23, 1996, the remains of Karina Holmer, a Swedish nanny from Dover, MA., were found in a dumpster in the rear of 1091 Boylston Street, in the Fenway section of Boston. New information developed by the Boston Police Homicide Unit places the victim near that area in the early morning hours of June 22. Holmer was last seen near the Store 24 at Haviland Street and Mass. Ave, near Boylston Street, between 3:30 am and 4:00 am on the 22nd. Crime Stoppers is asking anyone who happened to be near that area at that time to call the 800-494-TIPS telephone line, no matter what they think of the quality of their information. The department also wishes to take this opportunity to support measures taken by area nightclub owners to encourage full compliance with Massachusetts drinking laws by endorsing the preferred form of identification for Mass permanent or temporary residents, the liquor ID card or the Mass License.

Crime Stoppers Most Wanted - Victim Information Brighton Murder Rita Hester On Saturday, November 28, 1998 William\Rita Hester was brutally stabbed to death at 21 Park Vale Avenue, Brighton. Rita Hester was a 34 year old transsexual and a long time resident of the Brighton\Allston area. Rita was last seen by friends around 5:00PM at the Silhouette Lounge on Brighton Avenue, only a few blocks from home. Police are hoping that someone knows who Rita was with that night, or may have seen or heard something in the area of Rita's first floor apartment at 21 Park Vale Avenue about 6:00 pm on Saturday, November 28, 1998. The Carol Sund/Carrington Memorial Reward Foundation is offering a $5,000 reward for the information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the death of Rita Hester. This reward is in addition to the Crime Stoppers $1,000 reward.

Crime Stoppers Most Wanted - Victim Information Mattapan Murder Trilane Shephard On Monday April 5, 1999 around 11:30PM, police were called to 688 Walk Hill St., Mattapan. On arrival they found 22 year old Trilane Shephard suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Trilane died a short time later. Police are hoping someone may have heard or seen something that night that will lead to the identity of the person or persons responsible for this senseless murder.

Crime Stoppers Most Wanted - Victim Information Double Homicide William "BJ" Haynesworth Jr. Shakonda Wilson On Tuesday March 30, 1999 police responded to 84 Spencer Street, Dorchester discovering two dead bodies. The bodies were discovered inside the second floor apartment of the Spencer St. address by the landlord. Responding officers entered the apartment and observed one male and one female victim. While inside the apartment officers heard a faint cry of a small child. Officers then discovered an approximately six month old baby inside a crib. The child had been covered by an overturned drawer and clothing and was experiencing some respiratory distress. The infant was removed from the apartment and trasnported to the hospital for treatment. The female victim was identified as 22 year old Shakonda Wilson who lived at the Spencer St. address with her infant daughter. The male victim was 21 year old William "BJ" Haynesworth Jr. Shakonda died as a result of being strangled and William died as a result of head and neck trauma, both victims of homicide.

Crime Stoppers Most Wanted - Victim Information Information In Connection With a Homicide Marquis Boseman On May 11, 2004 around 7:35 pm Marquis Boseman was standing by his house at the intersection of Vassar and Radcliff Streets, Dorchester when he was approached by two unknown black males. After a brief exchange of words with these people, one of them produced a firearm and shot the victim, which resulted in Boseman's death. Both suspects fled the area on foot.

Crime Stoppers Most Wanted - Victim Information INFORMATION IN CONNECTION WITH EAST BOSTON HOMICIDE Anna Elizabeth Mendoza On April 2, 2005 at about 1:15 AM, Boston Police responded to the hallway of 157 Cottage St, East Boston. Found in the hallway was the body of Anna Elizabeth Mendoza, the victim of an apparent stabbing. Ms. Mendoza was a 27 year old native of El Salvador and was employed in the kitchen of a Boston area restaurant. The Boston Police are looking for any information which might lead them to the killer of Ann Mendoza

Brockton Police Most Wanted Joslyn A. Bailey On Christmas morning, 1995, Milton Police Department discovered the body of Rolondo C. Coxen behind the Milton Town Hall, at the corner of Walnut and Clapp Streets.
The Milton Police Department called the Boston Police Department and information was developed showing that Coxen was killed at or near 128 B Delhi St., Mattapan, the last known address of the suspect, Joslyn A. Bailey. The Boston Police Department thinks that Bailey is still in the area and travels frequently between Boston and New York City.
