The Muskegon police Department and the state of Michigan has issued the Amber Alert on Tuesday morning after the girl was apparently abducted.
Lamiya Amber Balogh , 5 years old. She's biracial, 4 feet tall, and weighs about 65 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair. She was wearing gray sweatpants and a white tank top.
The suspect is Shelby Rae-Keith Smith, 17 years old, 5 feet 5 inches tall white female. She weighs 130 pounds. she has blue eyes and brown hair. She was wearing gray sweatshirt and dark pajama pants.
The vehicle is a red Pontiac Grand Am. No license plate is available at this time. They may be headed to Nuncia, Michigan.
