Her vehicle was discovered in the rest area, and circumstances suggested foul play. Barbara Agnew’s deceased body was found off of the Advent Hill Road in the town of Hartland on March 28, 1987. John Benson was discovered deceased inside his residence located on the Dufrense Pond Rd. on 10/14/1983. Subsequent investigation revealed that Mr. Benson was the victim of a homicide. Mr. Benson was retired at the time of his death and lived by himself.

Last seen by: Friends and family at the Heritage Festival in downtown Barre City. Last seen alive: Attending the Heritage Festival in downtown Barre City. Hair Color: red Eyes Color: blue Height: 5’0” Weight: 115 lbs. Gender: Female Race: White Circumstances surrounding death: Pamela Brown attended the Heritage Festival in Barre City on Saturday evening 07/16/82, an event that drew thousands to the downtown area. She was reportedly seen at various times and locations in the downtown area throughout the evening by family and friends. Her body was discovered Sunday 7/17/82 by local youths collecting bottles. UNSOLVED HOMICIDE NAME: Bruce Isaacs Location of Death: Little River State Park, Waterbury, Vermont Date of Homicide: September 1988 Hair Color: Brown Eye Color: Brown Gender: Male Race: White Bruce Isaacs DOB: 08/06/59 was found deceased in a wooded area of the Little River State Park, in Waterbury, Vermont on September 26, 1988. Isaacs’ body was found by subjects who were clearing brush from the power company’s right of way. Upon investigation it was found that Isaacs’ death was ruled a homicide. Bruce Isaacs suffered from mental health issues and was transient at the time. Bruce Isaacs had been camping around the Little River State Park area at the time of the homicide. Ms. Maranville was reported missing on August 1, 1983 in Glens Falls New York. Ms. Maranville was last seen alive in Glens Falls NY on this same date. On April 19, 1987 skeletal remainsof a female victim were found in a wooded area near the Ager Rd. in Chittenden VT. Subsequent investigation revealed that these remains were those of Ms. Maranville. Ms. Maranvilles’ death is considered suspicious and is being investigated by the VT. State Police as a homicide.
